1號(hào)店昨日晚間宣布創(chuàng)始人兼董事長(zhǎng)于剛、以及聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人兼首席執(zhí)行官劉峻嶺離職，正在尋找合適的繼任者。

　　原CBSi中國(guó)總裁王路將擔(dān)任沃爾瑪全球電子商務(wù)亞洲區(qū)總裁。

　　隨后，于剛及劉峻嶺聯(lián)名的離職信曝光：

　　決定離開1號(hào)店去追求新的夢(mèng)想。這次選擇是我們?nèi)松聵I(yè)中最艱難的一次，也是最難以割舍的一次。

　　2008年7月11日，“1號(hào)店”正式上線，定位“網(wǎng)上超市”。

　　公開資料顯示，2010年，1號(hào)店全年?duì)I業(yè)額超過8億元，當(dāng)年平安以8000萬元投資收購(gòu)了1號(hào)店80%股權(quán);

　　2011年5月，1號(hào)店宣布獲得沃爾瑪投資，表示是“少部分投資”;

　　2012年，沃爾瑪對(duì)1號(hào)店增加投資，持股提高至約51%，成最大股東，于剛、劉峻嶺的股份占比在10%左右。

　　外界評(píng)價(jià)，創(chuàng)始人最終選擇離開，反映出雙方經(jīng)營(yíng)理念的沖突。

　　自八年前我倆在一間小屋里一張桌上孵化網(wǎng)上超市的概念，1號(hào)店走過了從無到有，從小到大，從大到強(qiáng)的歷程，進(jìn)入了中國(guó)電商的第一梯隊(duì)，成為中國(guó)top100品牌。在我們記憶里珍藏的事和大家一起在倉(cāng)庫(kù)通宵盤點(diǎn)的激情，送貨時(shí)看到顧客收到滿意商品的喜悅，在客服中心解決了顧客問題的欣慰，每次創(chuàng)造吉尼斯紀(jì)錄時(shí)的開心，打造業(yè)界一流供應(yīng)鏈的自豪，在全球領(lǐng)取各種獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)時(shí)的驕傲，看到大家在事業(yè)上不斷成熟和成長(zhǎng)的成就感。

　　我們決定離開1號(hào)店去追求新的夢(mèng)想。這次選擇是我們?nèi)松聵I(yè)中最艱難的一次，也是最難以割舍的一次。我們把1號(hào)店看成我們的孩子，傾注了所有的心血和情感，我們吃飯，走路，做夢(mèng)都想到1號(hào)店，1號(hào)店是我們的一切，我們用“心”而不僅是用“腦”做1號(hào)店。但我們相信這是一次理性的選擇，是經(jīng)過數(shù)個(gè)月內(nèi)心煎熬和充分思考后的選擇，我們也堅(jiān)信1號(hào)店的精神會(huì)被大家傳承，1號(hào)店的品牌會(huì)被顧客愛戴，我們也會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)支持1號(hào)店。

　　For the past four years, Yihaodian has been an important part of Walmart’s strategy to serve customers in China. In a relatively short time, Yihaodian has become one of the leading e-commerce businesses in China and one of the most admired by its customers. All of this has been made possible by your tireless efforts and by the entrepreneurship and leadership of Gang and Junling.

　　在此，我要通知大家：剛和峻嶺已經(jīng)決定離開1號(hào)店去開創(chuàng)他們下一個(gè)事業(yè)。自從沃爾瑪投資1號(hào)店以來，我有幸和二位共事，對(duì)他們創(chuàng)新的勇氣、專注顧客服務(wù)的激情以及為1號(hào)店的業(yè)務(wù)所打下的世界級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)深表敬意和感激。

　　I want to share with you that Gang and Junling have decided to leave Yihaodian to pursue their next venture. I have had the pleasure of working with them since Walmart began its investment in Yihaodian. I can’t thank them enough for their innovation and their passion for serving customers, and for creating a world-class foundation for this business.
